Dinner Dance Next Week?? Good Answers Get Starred and Ectra Points??

Well there is a dinner dance at my school next Monday. I have already picked out my dress and my shoes, but can someone please give me a REALLY good description of what goes on there?? Like what normally happens. Please explain everything you know!! Good answers get starred and extra points.

OK so in my dinner dance my theme was Greek mythology(didn't like that theme that much) this year for the other grade they had grammys...





well in mine my parents came (every ones did) and we had dinner while we were eatting the 7th graders (who put it all together) did a skit that was somewhat supposed to be about Greek mythology...and then they put a slide show up of everyone with their friends and family etc. then around 8:30 or 9:00 ALL the 8th graders danced WITHOUT a parent watching or anything so we did anything we wanted to do...VERY FUN

Enjoy yourself and be careful not to spill anything on your best dress. Try and get a dance with everyone who's available who's up for one. Don't forget to smuggle some sausage roll


or sandwich or cake to take home to give to old rover afterwards. Doggy bag. Have a laugh and get up if there's a karaoke to let everyone know how you have the X factor!.

Reply:so these answeres are kinda lame lol but yea, my dinner dance was soo cool! its basically like prom, but for 8th graders. we had ours in the cafeteria, they decked it out so nice! it was a 'night under the stars'. they hung balloons on the ceiling with stars tied to the end of the strings, it was really beautiful. so they had round tables all over the cafeteria, and thats where you guys eat. so you guys eat first, and just have fun with your friends at your table. then they open up the dance floor and everyone starts dancing. so yea, pretty much like a prom, only its for 8th graders. hope you have fun!! i did =)
