Help with Valentine's Day dance outfit?

ok i'm 14. i'm going to a dance on Valentine's Day. the dress code is semi-formal. i have a dress i think i would work. here's the link:

This outfit is very adorable with either dress. Both dresses are $40. The shoes are $23. The clucth is a very nice flair to the outfit. The outfit isn't that expensive but it isn't that cheap. Everything in this outfit is available at JCPenney's.

This is an outfit that has kind of a different flair to it but is still just as cute.The dress you can find at Body Central or buy it online for $29. The shoes you can find at JCPenney's for $17.

Also this is a pretty outfit that isn't really cheap but it isn't that bad in price. The dress is $70. The shoes are $40. The purse is $45. The belt is available at Kohl's for sale at $10. It really is kind of pricy though.
