What color shoes/accessories to wear with a yellow dress?

I have a formal dance coming up in a few weeks, and I'm at a loss for what color shoes to wear. I have dark skin, sort of a light chocolate color, and my dress is a bright but soft yellow. It's short with a bar of rhinestones beneath the bust, and a halter neckline. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!!!

Reply:i suggest metallic shoes and the same metallic color jewelry...like silver or gold. OR go the colorful route and get some cute printed/bright shoes. check out DSW if you have one nearby.

Reply:RED shoes! Great accent color for any outfit. It goes great with the colour yellow, especially if you are wearing a dress. Acctually, it depends on the length of your dress. If it is a SHORT dress go for RED. If it is a LONG dress...go for gold peep toe or white peep toe. There ain't no other color to go for unless you wanna wear a black shoe, but I wouldn't suggest it.
