Shoes and accessories with my dress?

So my school is having a dance/formal that calls for "sunday school" attire. I got my dress but I'm unsure about what kind of shoes and accessories would go with it. It looks a lot like the one in the pic below, but the background looks a brownish black, the jacket and bow thingy is a turqouise color and so are the polka dots, and the jacket sleeves are a bit shorter. What would I wear with this?

Oh yeah, I can't really wear heels seeing as I'm pretty tall enless they were short.

Tall girls look nice in heels, I'm 5"8 and a half and I wear heels, it looks classy. Wear black shoes and pearls with dangly earrings.
Reply:definitely white pearls, with kitten heeled black/brown round toe shoes. kitten heels are VERY small heels.
