i need to know where i can find a cute cheap dress and shoes. the dress has to be kinda short nothing to formal. my cousin has a sweethearts dance and needs my help. any ideas where to look.

i got this party dress at target and it's kind of short, but i have to wear leggings. so look there too!

Basically you can find a cute dress at most malls, so I would probably check there first.
