I need an outfit for a dance...?

My school is having a Valentines dance next friday and im stuck on what to wear. I want to win royalty so nothing too casual but not like a length-long dress or any thing. so far i have pink and silver metallic shoes and a mini gray ruffled skirt. any ideas. and something i can get at like forever 21, american eagle etc

Were you thinking of wearing the grey skirt or just listing it? Perhaps a really cute knee length dress in a festive color, not red, all the girls are going to be red, you want something that sets you apart and makes you look fabulous!
