Make me an outfit for V-day//dance?

Hey I just need some ideas for an outfit to get for V-day and the dance afterwards(its right after school, we just all go to the gym) i'm 13 and, well, im known as the 'fashoinable' person so idunno I just like to look nice.





I was thinking maybe a casual dress down to my thighs or so, and then leggings underneath or skinny jeans are cute too.





Otherwise a cute top with probably jeans %26amp; a couple necklaces.





Shoes? i'm thinking flats.





As for colors, I kinda wanna go with the red/black/pink or white theme for V-day, or if not something blue maybe.. but with a heart necklace=]
