Dress and shoes help?!?

I'm going to a semi-formal dance next month and i need to do some seriour shopping! Can you suggest any stores where i can buy semi-formal dresses or a link to these dresses. My mom won't let me buy anything on line. Also, can you do the same for the shoes to compliment them. Plz help!
