How should I get my hair done for the formal dance?

I have my 8th grade formal dance on june 13th. I have already gotten my dress and shoes, and made appointments at the spa. the question is now, what should I have done with my hair when I go for my updo/styling session before the dance? It should be an updo, pretty formal, and chic. Help?
