I have a pairof shoes that slip on glossy floors. what can i put on the bottom to prevent them from slipping?

they slipp on wooden glossy floors, ceramic and dance floors at night clubs. its so hard to dance and to walk in my work building because i have to slide walk instaed of picking up my feet and walking normally. i love these shoes. is there anything i can put on the bottom of the shoe to keep them from slipping? OR MAYBE TAKE THEM TO A SHOE TAYLOR?

I have had shoes like this and all I do is an old beauty pageant trick of roughing up the soles of the shoes with sandpaper...

this really helps...
Reply:mayb try duck tape on the bottom.....good luck
Reply:Rub them on a kirb or gravel and they will be fine to walk on any floors...hope this help and saves you from falling over!
Reply:Just checked out the Goddess Guide and the advise it advises sandpaper, give the soles a quick buff and off you go!!!
Reply:Common prob. They sell grip things, they stick on the bottom of the shoe and have a textured surface, for womens shoes, look in some shoe stores like Famous Footware or any women's shoe place.
Reply:head to your local supermarket or dept store and see if they stock a brand of shoe products called scholls- scholls have a sole grip product.

that or get some grip tape and stick it to the bottom of your shoe *make sure you wear it down a bit first otherwise you will damage all floors you walk on!*
