My shoes are too big!?

I recently bought a pair of black, closed-toe pumps for a dance that is coming up. 7 1/2 was too small and I knew my toes would hate me by the end of the night so I bought them in size 8, thinking I could stuff the toe or get some sort of insert for them since they are too big. If I leave them how they are, I know I will end up with a sprained ankle or something since my heels slip out when I walk.

Stuffing the toe with toilet paper is kind of uncomfortable, and I haven't been able to find any inserts specifically for making big shoes fit.

Does anybody know of anything that can help my size 8 shoes fit my size 7 3/4 feet?

My shoes are too big!?
I work in the footwear department at K-Mart. We sell foot cushion inserts. Other stores do as well. They should be with the rest of the shoecare (shoelaces, polishes, etc) back in the footwear department.

Foot cushion inserts are small cushions that only cover the area under the ball of your foot. They take up extra space by your toes and also provide cushioning.

You might want to first check the store where you purchased the shoes. Sometimes they provide these inserts for free when you purchase shoes from them.
Reply:Buy an insole - they will take up some space and provide a cushion
Reply:here is an idea get diffrent shoes!!!! Or deal with the small ones it only one nite !!! you would rather look good than be comforable
